The Level and Clinical Significance of Antithrombin-Ⅲ in the Patients with Thromboembolism Disease
摘要
目的:测定血栓栓塞性疾病患者血浆抗凝血酶-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)水平,并分析其临床意义。方法:测定68例血栓栓塞性疾病患者和72例正常健康体检者血浆抗凝血酶-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)水平。结果:血栓栓塞性疾病患者与健康体检者血浆AT-Ⅲ水平的差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血栓栓塞性疾病患者血浆中的抗凝血酶-Ⅲ水平降低,可能与血栓形成有关。
