摘要
目的:探讨乙型肝炎与TNF-α,IL-6和HsCRP之间的关系。方法:检测130例乙型肝炎大三阳和140例小三阳患者和112例正常健康体检者TNF-α,HsCRP和IL-6浓度。结果:大三阳组和小三阳组TNF-α水平明显高于正常对照组。结论:TNF-α水平与乙型肝炎感染有高度相关性。
Objective：To explore the relationship between type B hepatitis and TNF-α,IL-6,HsCRP.Methods TNF-α,HsCRP and IL-6 were detected in 130 hepatitis B carriers with positive HbsAg,HbeAg and Anti-HBc（group 1）,140 patients with positive HbsAg,negative HbeAg（group 2）,112 controls.Results：The level of TNF-α in group 1 and group 2 were significant higher than that of the controls.Conclusion：The TNF-αlevel in serum was significantly related to HBV infection.
