摘要 初任教师的入职阶段是他们职业生涯中一个重要的部分和实现教师专业持续不断成长必经阶段。鉴于他们经常面临"现实的冲击",探索初任教师所具有的特征、专业成长中所遇到的问题及其产生的原因等就显得十分必要,有助于提出解决初任教师专业化发展问题的有效措施。
