摘要
本实验应用辐射热甩尾法测定大鼠痛阈,观察了应用脑内微量注射法向脑内不同区域注射降钙素(CT)对痛阈的影响,并讨论了CT中枢镇痛作用的可能机制。结果,在复制出CT的中枢镇痛作用的同时还发现,当CT浓度达到一定值时,可兴奋缰核(Hb)神经元,引起痛阈降低;中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)在CT的中枢镇痛中可能起重要作用。

influences of calcitonin injected into different parts of brain on
pain threshold by the tail-flicktest were investigated in rat.The
results showed that calcitonin injected into ventriculus lateralis
cerebri(vlc)or PAG increased the pain threshold clearly.After
blocking PAG with lidocaine,the analgesic ef-fect of calcitonin vlc
was decreased.On the other hand.calcitonin injected into Hb decreased
the painthreshold significantly.It is suggested that injection of the
calcitonin into different sites of rat brain in-duced different
effects on pain reactions:analgesia or hyperalgesia.PAG may play an
important role incalcitonin analgesia.
