摘要
在石墨炉原子吸收法中采用石墨管涂钽和基体改进技术,对中药灵芝、人参中锗的含量进行了测定。1%吸收浓度达8pg,变异系数CV<10%,回收率在93.6%~106%之间。
A graphite furnace atomic aborption spectrometric methed(GFAAS)using graphite tube coated with Ta combined with matrix modified technique for the determination of germanium in Lucid ganoderma and Ginseng was reported. The characteristic concentration(1%Abs)was 8 pg. The coefficient of variation was<10%. Recovery was 93.6%~106%.
