参照抑制增强试验,用鲎试剂法检查注射用促肝细胞生长素的细菌内毒素,并与兔法检查热原平行对比,共检查样品256批,两法合格率的符合率为92.2％。
Making reference to inhibition or enhancement test the pyrogen of Hepatocyte Growth-promoting Factors (pHGF) was determined by Tachypleus Amebcyte Lysate test, and the comparison with rabbit method was made. Altogether 256 batches of samples were examined. The percentage corn-forming to the samples of qualified rate of two methods is 92. 2.
