摘要
本文介绍了离子交换柱层析法的基本原理、操作要点及其在分离鉴定没有特异染料显色的同工酶中的应用，并时电泳法和离子交换柱层析法在分离同工酶中的应用范围和应用前景，尤其对它们的优缺点进行了评价。
This paper described the basic principles and operating metheds of ion-exchangechromatography and its application in the isoenzyme isolation and iden tification without special dyecolouration,he advantages,disadvantages of th is technique and electrophoresis and their prospectsand range of application to isoenzyme isola tion and identifica tion also were further discussed.
