摘要
研制了一种高重复频率小型激光等离子体软Ｘ射线源，其发射重复性涨落优于±４．５％。采用光谱学诊断方法系统研究了光源的软Ｘ射线辐射特性。
A compact--laser produced plasma soft X--ray source with pulse repetition rates up to 10 Hz is developed. Its reproducibility and stability are found to be better than ± 4. 5 %.Using a spectral diagnostic method, the soft X-- ray radiation characteristics are investigated,
