摘要
事件相关电位(P300)是反映人类认知功能障碍的一项神经电生理指标。本文对32例急性CO中毒患者进行了P300及神经行为核心测验组合(NCTB)检查,结果发现中毒组P300。潜伏期延长、波幅降低。17例昏迷12小时以上的中毒患者中,P300潜伏期明显延长的9例,占52.9%。提示P300成份可用来预测CO中毒迟发脑病的发生。P300与NCTB之间有很好的一致性。
vent-related potential(P300) and neurobe-bavioral core test battery(NCTB)have
beenwidely used for reflecting the dysfunction ofcentral nervous system. 32 cases of acute
carbon monoxied poison-ing were examined with P300 and NCTB.The results showed that the
latency of P300was extended and the amplitude was lowered inpoisoning group extended than
that of controlgorup.It was found that the latency of P300 of 9cases were singnificantly delayed
among 17 cas-es whose coma-time lasted more than 12 hoursduring acute period.It was
suggested that P300might be used for predict the occurrence of thetoxic delayed
encephalopathy by CO.The results also showed that there was agood correlation between NCTB
and P300.
