摘要
本文按正弦曲线近似解给出了气圈形态参数与纱线张力参数之间一系列的相互关系曲线图,以无量纲参数形式来表示,由此可根据气圈实际形态参数算出较精确的纱线张力值,方法比较简便。另外这些曲线还清楚地显示了“极限气圈”的存在,在生产中制约着气圈高度的最大极限和纱线张力的最低极限。
Based on sine approximations, a series of curves are given in this paper to show the relationship between the ring spinning balloon configuration and the yarn spinning tension, expressed in non-dimensional parameters. With the help of these curves, the yarn spinning tension can be calculated from balloon configuration parameters conveniently and without much errors. These curves also show the existence of the balloon limitation, which limits the max balloon height and the min. yarn tension during the ring spinning processes.
