摘要
文中第一部分通过气圈力学分析,求得倍捻锭气圈预端张力参数T0/ρω2R2的近似解。计算说明该参数主要决定于 气圈高径比H/R,其数值在较大范围内比较平坦,稳定少变。文中第二部分研究张力球的张力调节作用,给出了张力球锥座 锥角的上限和下限值,为设计工作提供参考。
In the first part of the paper, the non-dimensional tension parameter T0/ρω2R2 is found by an approximate dynamic analysis of the two-for-one twisting balloon. Calculation shows that the tension parameter depends chiefly on the balloon height to radius ratio H/R and is stable to a great extent. In the second part the function of the ball-type tension regulator is studied. The upper and lower limits for the semi-conic angle of the ball seats are given out. It can be an instruction for the machine designers.
