摘要
本实验选用日本大耳白家兔52只,观察了清开灵液对白细胞致热源(leucocyticpyro-gen,LP)性发热效应及脑脊液(CSF)中cAMP含量变化的影响。结果显示:(1)清开灵液对家兔正常体温的影响与正常对照组相比没有明显的差异(P>0.05)。(2)单独注射LP引起直肠温度上升0.93±0.20℃(△T),体温反应指数(TRT_4)为1.90±0.51。LP+清开灵组,静脉注射LP半小时前肌肉注射清开灵液,△T为0.46±0.14℃;TRI_4为0.86±0.21,与单独注射LP组比较差异非常显著(P<0.001),说明清开灵液有明显的解热作用。(3)静脉注射LP1h时,检测兔CSF中cAMP含量为24.75±3.74pmol/ml,而LP+清开灵组cAMP含量为18.25±1.00pmol/ml,两组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01)。同时发现清开灵液有使正常家兔CSF中cAMP含量下降的趋势。各组体温变化与CSF中cAMP含量变化呈显著正相关(r=0.9842,P<0.05)。本实验结果表明,清开灵液不仅抑制LP引起的发热反应,而且明显降低LP引起的CSF中cAMP含量的增多。作者推论:清开灵液的?
Japanese white rabbits were used to study the effects of Qing Kai Ling(QKL )on leucocytic pyrogen( LP ) fever and cAMP concentration of cerebrospinalfluid (CSF).The results suggested that ( 1 ) The rectal temperature of normal rabbitswas not affected by QKL solution( P>0.05 ).(2 ) Febrile response of LP was signific-antly inhibited by QKL.(3 )cAMP concentration of CSF of the LP +QKL group inje-cting LP 1 hour after was obviously lower than that of LP group ( P<0.01).Andthere was a positive correlation between the cAMP level and the body temperaturechange(r=0.9842,P< 05).These results demonstrated that the increase of the bodytemperature and the cAMP concentration in CSF induced by LP were significantly inhi-bited by injected QKL solution.It was suggested that the mechanism of febrifugal effectof QKL solution might be associated with a drop of cAMP synthesis in hypothalamus.
