摘要
简要介绍了云南茶资源现状及综合利用的途径和重要意义，综述了从茶籽中提取茶油、茶皂素、茶籽蛋白、木糖及从茶叶中提取儿茶素方法及其产品的用途。
The paper briefly describes the present situation of tea resource,the ways and the importance of its comprehensive utilization in Yunnan. Methods and uses that produce tea-seed oil,tea saponine,tea-seed protein and xylose from tea-seeds and catechinic meterials from tea leaf are also summarized.
