摘要
本文以不同胆固醇浓度的低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白或将其混合,施加于培养呈融合状态的人脐带静脉血管内皮细胞。通过相差显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察,发现LDL对内皮细胞有损伤作用,并随所含胆固醇浓度的增高,其损伤程度加重,损伤机制可能与脂质过氧化物的增加有关。HDL对内皮细胞有保护作用,可使其免遭LDL的损伤,可能与HDL可阻止LDL所引起内皮细胞膜中胆固醇的过多或毒性堆积等有关。
LDL and HDL with differential concentration of cholesterol were added into cultured vascular endothelial cells in human umbilical vein. The morphological changes of EC were observed by means of phasc-contrast microscope, SEM and TEM. Low density lipoprotcins injured cultured EC. The injurious effect of LDL on EC might bc due to increased LFO. Thc inhibition of the injuring effect of LDL on endothelial cell cultures was domenstrated.The possible mechanism might be that HDL could prevent excessive and toxic accumulation of cholesterol in endothelial cell membranes induced by LDL.
