摘要
报道了用相转移法制备高纯超细TiO_2的新技术;探讨了Ti(IV)从有机相转移到水相发生水解反应的机理;通过TG-DTA分析以及XRD物相分析对水解产物的组成、热分解机理,晶型转变规律进行研究,确立了水解产物焙烧的最佳温度,通过激光散射粒度仪、透射电镜、微量元素分析对热分解产物TiO_2粉体的各项参数进行综合分析结果表明,用该技术制备的TiO_2粉体纯度高、平均粒径小、粒度分布窄和分散性好,符合功能陶瓷对TiO_2粉体的质量要求。
A new preparation process of ultrafine TiO_2 powder by phase transfer reaction is reported in this paper. The mechanism of Ti(IV)transfered from organic phase to hydrolysis is discussed. Simultaneously,thermal decomposition of Ti(OH)_4 and crystal structure transformation is studied to get the optimal calcination temperature. The analyzed results of the TiO_2 powder by BI-90 particle sizer,TEM and ASS indicate that the prepared TiO_2 powedr with low cost is of high purity,good dispersity,about 120nm radium,and is suitable for functional ceramics manufacture.
