摘要
采用微量淋巴细胞毒试验对90头经产母猪(二花脸65头,大约克猪25头)进行了血清学分型,计算了单倍型在两品种中的分布频率,运用单因子和双因子最小二乘分析法分析了SLA单倍型与产活仔数之间的相关性。结果发现:(1)不同单倍型对猪产活仔数影响有明显的差异,H6、H10有明显的正效应,H2、H12、H31有负效应。(2)单倍型对产活仔数影响在品种间有差异,在太湖猪中H6、H7、H10和H23几种单倍型频率与大约克猪不同,且二花脸猪的H6(+0.77)、H7(+0.36)单倍型对产活仔数有较大的正效应值。
Ninety sows(65 Erhualian and 25 Large White) were serologically typed by micro-lymphocytotoxicity.The frequency of each haplotype in two breeds was calculated.Therelationship between SLA haplotype and born alive litter size were analyzed by singleand two factor least squares analyses with folloking results:(1)Haplotype differencemade significantly different effects on born alive litter size.Haplotype H6 and H7 showpositive value while H2, H12 and H3l show negative value. (2)Haplotype effects onborn alive litter size made a difference between two breeds.The frequency of haplotypeH6,H7,H10 and H23 were differ between Erhualian and Large White,and the formerwith a bigger positive value(H6+0.77;H7,+0.369) on born alive litter size.
