摘要
研究了测量误差模型可靠性比。给出了可靠性比的一个相合估计，证明了该估计的若干优良性质，并获得了该模型参数（β＿０，β＿１）的一个渐近正态估计。
In this paper the reliability ration in the measurement error model has been studied anddeveloped. At first this paper gives a consistent estimation of the reliability ratio , and thenproves its numerous properites which contain its CAN estimation of the reliability ratio. ACAN estimation of the parameters(β_0β_1)has also been obtained and proved in this model.Finally it is pointed out that these properites is very useful in the practical application
