摘要
从泡菜中分离到一株产乳酸力强的菌株SB900,经鉴定为乳链球菌(Streptococcus lactis)。其乳酸产量达1.73%,且耐酸性好,在pH2的盐酸溶液(0.02mol/L)中37℃保温1 h,细菌存活率为46.6℃。该菌株制剂具有一定的抑菌作用,可不受胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶的影响,对临床上治疗腹泻的常用药物有耐受性,胆汁能促进其生长。以上特性表明,SB900菌株是一株优良的生产益生素的乳链球菌。
A strain SB900 of probiotic producer was isolated from sauerkraut fermentation, and identified as Streptococcus lactis. Studies on biological characteristics revealed that it produced 1.73% lactic acid and resistant to low pH. The survival rate of the cells was 46.6% incubated at 37℃ for 1h at pH 2. The ferment preparation of SB900 exhibited a broad inhibitory spectrum against various bacteria, and the inhibitory activity was uneffected by pepsin and trypsin. SB900 could grow well in the medium containing the antibiotics for diarrhoea used in clinical medicine. Growth stimulation was observed with the bile swine. It was suggested that Streptococcus lactis SB900 fulfill the characteristics of a good probiotics.
