由褐煤新法干馏半焦制备炭分子筛的研究

摘要 本文提出由褐煤的固体热载体新法干馏半焦制备空分富氮用炭分子筛的工艺路线.考察了炭化和碳沉积工艺条件对产品空分性能和微孔结构的影响,发现新法干馏半焦是制备炭分子筛的良好的原料.最佳工艺条件下制得的炭分子筛的空分性能可与进口的同类产品相媲美. A procedure of preparation for carbon molecular sieve (CMS) used for air separation from lignite-based char was proposed The char was produced in a retorting pilot plant in which the char was used as solid heat carrier The effect of preparation conditons on the air separation ability and on the micropore structure of the CMS was studied It was fonnd that the char was a kind of ideal precursors for the preparation for high performance CMS used for air separation to produce high puri-ry N2 The air separation ability of the char-based CMS which was prepared under the optimum conditions was comparable to that of the commercial CMS importedr-om abroad
