摘要
由箱式炉核桃壳木炭制得变压吸附空分富氮用炭分子筛,考察了不同粘结剂配比和木炭粉碎粒度对产品空分性能和强度的影响.结果表明,采用羧甲基纤维素和煤焦油混合粘结剂有利于改善炭分子筛产品的空分性能和强度,适宜的羧甲基纤维素/煤焦油/木炭重量配比为1/1~2/10. 木炭细碎有利于提高产品空分性能和强度,适宜的木炭粉碎粒度为-160目.
Carbon molecular sieves are produced from pulverized walnut shell chars with carboxymethyl cellulose and/or coal tar, coal-tar pitch, as binder. The effects of binder type and char particle size on the air separation performance of the carbon molecular selves are investigated. The result shows that a combination of coal tar and carboxymethyl cellulose and the pulverization of walnut char into smaller particle size leads to a carbon molecular sieves with better air separation performance and higher compression resistance. The suitable preparation conditions are: binder ratio of carboxymethyl cellulose to coal tar to char 1/1~2/10, pulverized char particle size–160 mesh.
