摘要
本文介绍耐寒增塑剂尼龙酸二正丁酯的制备工艺、性能和应用.所用主要原料为生产已二酸的副产物—尼龙酸(丁二酸、戊二酸和已二酸的混合物),设备与生产其他增塑剂如DOP等的大致相同,投资少,成本低、工艺简单,所制增塑剂与PVC的相容性好、耐寒性优良、有较广阔的应用前景.
The technology for the preparation of plasticizer dibutyl AGS acid ester, the property and application of the plasticizer are described in this paper. The raw material for the preparation of the plasticizer is AGS acid, the side product in the production of hexanedioic acid, and the plant for the production of the plasticizer is no much different from that for the production of such plasticizers as DOP and so on. The production of AGS acid is characterized by low investment, low production cost and simple technology. The prepared plasticizier has good compatibility with PVC, superior low temperature resistance, and is a promising plasticizer.
