A Circadian Effect of Cypermethrin on Mutagenicity

摘要 采用小鼠早期精细胞微核测定研究氯氰菊酯农药的致突变性及其时间效应。结果表明,对照组微核率为1.34‰,染毒组为3.99‰,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在各时点染毒组中,以14:00时和02:00时组的微核率增加最为明显。提示氯氰菊酯对小鼠早期精细胞的致突变作用具有昼夜时间效应。 Micronucleus test was used to detect the mutagenicity of cypermethrin in early spermatids in male mice.Treatments were made four times a day at different circadian hours.The result showed that the micronucleus rate in experimental froup(3.99%)was higher than that in the control group(1.34%) (P<0.05),especially at 14:00 and 02:00,and therefore suggested a circadian effect of the cypermethrin mutagenicity.
