摘要
本实验采用简化Tates微核试验法检测了铅、镉对雄性小鼠生殖细胞染色体的损伤作用。用不同剂量的醋酸铅(10mg/kg,20mg/kg)和氯化镉(0.5mg/kg,1.0mg/kg)分别经腹腔对小鼠染毒,于染毒后第16天杀鼠,测行微核率为8.0‰、9.0‰和12.25‰、6.5‰。与阴性对照组(1.75‰)比较,均有显著差异。确定铅、镉都是雄性生殖细胞染色体的断裂剂。文章对精细胞微核试验方法进行了讨论。
Simplified tates's micronucleus test was used to examine the germ cell chromosome damage caused by lead and cadmium. Different doses of lead acetate (10mg/kg, 20mg/kg) and cadmium chloride (0.5mg/kg,1.0mg/kg) were separately administered to mice i.p. injection,once per day for 3 days. Mice were sacrificed at the 16th day after the first time treatment. The micronucleus rates were 8.0‰, 9.0‰ and 12.25‰, 6.5‰ respectively, which were significantly different from the controll group (1.75‰). Results showed both lead and cadmium are potential clastogens for male germ cells. The test method was discussed in the paper.
