摘要
以17个不同基因型的水稻花药为外植体，研究了四种基本培养基、不同有机附加物、不同碳原及不同预处理温度的培养效果。改良N_0培养基对籼型材料的培养效果较好，合σ培养基对籼粳杂交稻的培养效果较佳。在改良地培养基中附加3mg/L丙氨酸可大提高培养效果．
The auttor has researched on the culture effect iveness of four base media, different organic composition, carbobydrate and different Fretreatment temperature, rice anther of 17 genotypes were used as explants. Tke results showed tlat improved N6 medium was suitable to indica bybrids and Heσ medium was suitable to indica/japnica hybrids, Culture effect iveness would increased greatly when 3mg/L Ala. added into imgroved N6 medium.
