摘要
本文应用体外培养方法观察了不同浓度的替硝唑(TNZ)对阴道毛滴虫的作用。TNZ浓度为1.25μg/ml培养48h或2.50μg/ml培养6h对虫体有抑制作用;TNZ浓度为5.00μg/ml培养24h,10.0-20.00μg/ml培养6h均可使虫体100%致死。与甲硝唑相比,效果相似。提示TNZ杀阴道毛滴虫效果好。
The trichomonacidal activity of tinidazole (TNZ) was observed in vitro cultivation of T.vaginalis (1×105-2×105 protozoa/tubule) with 5 different TNZ concentrations. After 24-hour incubation with TNZ, the inhibitive concentrations were 1. 25-2. 50μg/ml, while 100% lethal concentration was 5. 00μg/ml after 24-hour or 10. 00-20. 00μg/ml after 6-hour incubation. In comparison with metronidazole, trichomonacidal effect of both drugs were similar. The studies showed that T. vaginalis was highly sensitive to TNZ in vitro.
