摘要
本文比较了不同浓度及温度的NaOH溶液对灰树花总糖提取的影响,并初步分析了灰树花总糖的成分,为今后灰树花总糖的提取工艺及其抗癌作用的进一步研究提供了依据。
The effect of different temperature and concentration of NaOH on the extraction of total saccharide from Grifola frondosus was compared and the composition of total saccharide was analysed in this paper. This experiment provided a basis for further study of Grifola frondosus total saccharide extraction technique and its anticancer activity.
