摘要
本文运用神经生物化学方法观察测试11例腰椎间盘突出症患者指压推拿前后CSF中β-EP、5-HT的含量变化,结果发现当推拿后腰痛缓解的即刻,CSF中β-EP有明显的升高,较推拿前平均增加40%(P<0.05);但5-HT的升降变化不一(P>0.05),从而推测推拿镇痛的效应环节可能在于有选择性地激活了机体内源性镇痛系统,促进β-EP的释放增加。
The authors used the method of neurobiochemistry to observe the change of β-EP, 5-HT contents in cerebrospinal fluid of 11 cases of prolapsed lumber intervertabral disc patients before and after finger pressing massage. The results showed that at the moment of pain relieved after the therapy, β-EP in cerebrospinal fluid was obviously increased, averagely 40% higher (p<0.05) than that before the therapy. But the changes of 5-HT were irregular. The authors supposed that effect of pain relieving may be due to selective excitment of intrinsic analgesic system and causes the increasing of β-EP releasing.
