交感肾上腺素能神经在针刺治疗关节炎中的作用 被引量:4

ROLE OF THE SYMPATHETIC NERVE IN EA EFFECT ON ARTHRITIS──A HISTOCHEMICAL STUDY

摘要 以诱发荧光法研究了6-OHDA引起佐剂性关节炎大鼠的自然恢复减慢和电计可以促进的机理.证明:6-OHDA可破坏肾上腺素能神经末梢,在佐剂性关节炎组1周后虽有再生,但荧光膨体仍显著减少或不见,到8周还未恢复到正常水平.电针加6-OHDA的佐剂关节炎组与非电针组比较,荧光膨体明显增多增亮,说明电针有促进交感肾上腺素能神经末稍再生的作用.这是电针促进6-OHDA注入后佐剂性关节炎恢复的原因之一. The natural recovery from adjuvant-induced arthritis was delayed by local injecting 6-OHDA, and electroacupuncture(EA) could improve it. In this paper, the mechanism was further studied by means of bistochemical methods. It was illustrated that catecholamine (CA) fluorescence in adrenergic varicosities in local tissues was decreased or disappeared one week after the injection of 6-OHDA and gradually recovered, but not to the normal eight weeks after the injection. Compared with the group without EA at the each section, the CA fluorescence in EA group was much greater. The delay of recovery from arthritis was due to the destruction of the sympathetic terminals by 6-OHDA. EA might acceleratethe regeneration of sympathetic terminals and increase the norepinepbrine in adrenetgic varicosities to improve the recovery. It is suggested that the sympathetic nerve may play an important role in natural recovery from arthritis snd in the regulating action of EA.
