摘要
提出了调频单模激光二极管的相干长度理论计算公式,并用由特种光纤构成的全光纤Mach-Zehnder干涉仪进行了实验验证.
This paper presents a theoretical calculation formula for coherence length of frequency modulated laser diode and its implemention in optical fiber Mach-Zehnder interferometer, The frequency modulated laser is caused by sinusoidal injection current through the laser diode and is successfully used in interferomettic optical fiber sensors.
