摘要
对基于Mach-Zehnder干涉仪的光纤光栅Bragg波长解调原理进行了分析,模拟仿真了干涉仪的输出谱,并讨论了其输出电路的运算形式.实验研究了基于Mach-Zehnder干涉仪的温度传感系统的波长解调方案,该系统达到0.7pm的波长检测精度.
The demodulating principle of optical fiber grating Bragg wavelength shift based on Mach-Zetmder interferometer is analyzed. The output spectra of interferometer are simulated. The algorithm of output circuits is discussed. The wavelength shift detection scheme used in temperature sensing system is demonstrated by experiments. The measured wavelength accuracy comes up to 0.7 pm in the experiments.
