摘要
从国槐(SophorajaponicaL,)种子中分离出水溶性多糖—槐豆胶(Sophorabeangum),经提纯水解,制备成三甲基硅醚衍生物进行气相色谱分析,结果表明:槐豆胶中甘露糖含量为77%,半乳糖含量为23%,二者的摩尔比为3.3241:1。
Sophora bean gum was isoiated from ripe seeds of Sophra japonica L. (Leguminosae),the components of pure polysaccharides were identified by gas chromatography to trimethylsilylated oxime. The results showed that Sophora bean gum was composed of Dgalactose and D-mannose,and that the purified polysaccharide had a mannose-to -galactose ratio of 3. 324 1: 1
