槐(SophorajaponicaL,)开花后约60d至种子成熟,为胚乳细胞半乳甘露聚糖积累期,利用聚丙烯税胺凝胶电泳技术分析比较了胚乳细胞半乳甘露聚糖积累过程中过氧化嵨锩竿っ钙祝峁砻鳎呷橄赴谏习肴楦事毒厶腔凼保趸锩富钚越系停っ钙状隙啵环粗肴楦事毒厶墙到馐保趸锼峄钚栽龈撸っ钙状跎倥呷橄赴趰上半乳甘露聚糖的沉积和降解的代谢活动与过氧化物酶同工酶的变化有一定的相关性。
The deposition of galactomannan in the endosperm cell of seeds from Sophora japonica L. starts about 60 days after anthesis and ends seed maturation. The analysis of isoperoxidase on endosperm duringg galactomannan accumulation by polyacrylamide gelerticalslab electrophoresis, Isozymography showed that during accumuting galactomannan of endosperm cell, isoperoxidase activities were not significant and many isoenzyme bands appearred. On the other hand, when galactomannan decomposing, isoperoxidase activities increased and some enzyme bands disappeared. The accumulation and decomposition catabolism of galactomannan in endosperm cells wall were related to the changes of the isoperoxidase.
