摘要
使用高频喷射呼吸机对兔子鼻咽部进行人工通气处理,选择常规的治疗参数.分别于处理后0、4、8、12、16、20和24h处死动物,取咽部粘膜进行光镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜观察.其中“0”处理组为对照组.结果表明:4h后咽粘膜开始发生充血;8h后可发生粘膜上皮变性,坏死和脱落,间质内发生炎症及出血反应等,病变随便用呼吸机时间延长而加重.深部腺体结构则未发生变化.
The rabbits nasopharynx were treated by the artificial ventilation with high freguency jet ventilator (HFJV). The HFJV routine parameters were selected in treating process. 14 rabbits were divided into 7 groups according to the treating time, which lasted 0,4 1 8,12, 16, 20 and 24 hours respectively, the '0' was controlled group. The pharyngal mucus of all rabbits were examined by light microscope, transmission and scanning electron microscopes. The results showed that many pathological changes occurred in the pharyngal mucus of treating groups, but the controlled group had no change. Hyperemia appeared in the pharyngal mucus among 4 hours treating group. Degeneration. necrosis. shedding of epithelium occurred in mucus, and inflammation and bleeding happened in the mesenchyma in the groups of over 8 hours treating. The extent of pathological changes were caused by lengthening the HFJV treating time. The structure of glands were not change under pharyngal mucus.
