高频喷射通气和常频喷射通气对吸入伤犬血气影响的比较研究 被引量:2

Comparative study of effects of high frequency jet ventilation and normal frequency jet ventilation on blood gas following inhalation injury in dogs

摘要 我们采用蒸气吸入伤犬模型,随机分别给予不同的处理:不予机械通气、高频喷射通气(HFJV)和常频喷射通气(NFJV),以比较两种通气方式对动物血气的不同影响。实验结果显示:HFJV和NFJV均可延缓血氧分压的下降,没有进一步导致CO2的潴留(与对照组比较P>0.05),两者作用相同,无显著性的差异,均为吸入伤的一种重要辅助治疗手段;但单独使用HFJV或NFJV并不能有效地提高血氧分压和促进CO2的排出,提示必须进一步调整呼吸机的工作参数和配合其他治疗措施,才能有效地治疗吸入性损伤。 To compare the effects of high frequency jet ventilation(HFJV) and normal frequency jet ventilation(NFJV) on blood gas,HFJV and NFJV were used in turn while no mechanical vetilation applied after steam-inhalation injury were caused randomly in dog models.The results showed that during HFJV and NFJV the falls of PO2 were retarded and CO2 weren't further increased.HFJV and NFJV worked without significant difference,which implied that they might be performed as a important accessory treatment of inhalation injury.Ho wever,with sole use of HFJV or NFJV,PO2 couldn't be effectively reised and CO2 couldn't be in haled forcefully.It is suggested that so me parameters ot the vetilator must be reajusted and some measures should be taken in order to cure inhalation injury.
