摘要
高产优质高效农业是矛盾统一体，具有丰富的科学蕴涵和重要的现实意义，体现了国家、消费者和生产者的利益关系。三高农业的健康发展需要着眼于农业生态经济系统的全面建设，切实保护农业生态环境和自然资源，建立相应的政策支持系统和技术支持系统。
Agriculture with high output, quality and efficiency which is both united and contradictory, has itS scientific meanings and importance. It reflects the relations between the nation, consumers and producers. its developerment depends on the overallconstruction of agri-eco-economic system, the conservation of environment and natural resources, and the corresponding policy or technology support system.
