摘要
本试验旨在通过将毛叶山桐子粕的营养价值与苜蓿草粉和高粱进行对比,对产自四川省的毛叶山桐子粕的概略养分、微量元素、氨基酸、脂肪酸含量及总能进行分析和营养价值评价,为毛叶山桐子粕作为饲料资源开发提供科学依据。采用常规分析方法、原子吸收光谱法、氨基酸自动分析仪、气相色谱法、氧弹全自动测热仪分别测定了毛叶山桐子粕的概略养分、微量元素、氨基酸、脂肪酸含量及总能。结果表明:1)毛叶山桐子粕的粗蛋白质含量为12.92%,粗脂肪含量为15.46%,粗灰分含量为8.01%,粗纤维含量为27.16%,中性洗涤纤维含量为30.20%,酸性洗涤纤维含量为24.83%,酸性洗涤木质素含量为13.23%,半纤维素含量为5.37%,纤维素含量为10.84%,无氮浸出物含量为29.21%。2)毛叶山桐子粕富含多种必需微量元素,其中铁、铜、锰、锌含量分别为503.24、10.52、78.32、41.90 mg/kg;重金属元素镉、铬含量分别为0.94、1.35 mg/kg,符合《饲料卫生标准》(GB 13078—2017)要求。3)毛叶山桐子粕的氨基酸种类齐全,必需氨基酸/总氨基酸(EAA/TAA)、必需氨基酸/非必需氨基酸(EAA/NEAA)分别为38%、61%,均符合联合国粮农组织/世界卫生组织(FAO/WHO)规定,氨基酸组成平衡。4)毛叶山桐子粕富含亚油酸(61. 62%)、油酸(7. 11%)、棕榈酸(20. 60%)、棕榈油酸(6. 20%)、硬脂酸(1.51%),不饱和脂肪酸含量(76.53%)高,饱和脂肪酸含量(23.45%)低。5)毛叶山桐子粕的总能、消化能、代谢能、维持净能、产奶净能、增重净能分别为20.41、10.41、8.54、7.05、5.81、4.23 MJ/kg。由此可见,毛叶山桐子粕的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量和能值较高,微量元素含量高而重金属元素含量低,氨基酸组成平衡,不饱和脂肪酸含量高,饱和脂肪酸含量低,具有很高的饲料开发价值。但其酸性洗涤木质素含量较高,作为饲料资源需注意用量或�
This experiment was conducted to compare the nutritional value of Idesia polycarpa meal with alfalfa meal and sorghum grain,to analysis the overview nutrient,trace element,amino acid and fatty acid contents and energy value of Idesia polycarpa meal from Sichuan province and evaluate its nutritional value,and to provide scientific basis for the development of Idesia polycarpa meal as feed resources. The overview nutrient,trace element,amino acid and fatty acid contents and energy value were analyzed by routine analysis method,atomic absorption spectrometry method,automatic amino acid analyzer,gas chromatography method and oxygen bomb automatic calorimeter. The results showed as follows:1)the contents of crude protein,ether extract,crudash,crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,acid detergent lignin,hemicellulose,cellulose and nitrogen free extract of Idesia polycarpa meal were 19. 92%,15. 46%,8. 01%,27. 16%,30.20%,24.83%,13.23%,5.37%,10.84% and 29.21%,respectively. 2)The Idesia polycarpa meal was abundant in essential trace elements,which the contents of iron,copper,manganese and zinc were 503.24,10.52,78.32 and 41.90 mg/kg,respectively;the contents of heavy metal element cadmium and chromium were 0.94 and 1. 35 mg/kg,respectively,which conformed to the Feed Hygiene Standard(GB 13078-2017). 3)There are various kinds of amino acid in Idesia polycarpa meal,the essential amino acid/total amino acid(EAA/TAA)and essential amino acid/nonessential amino acid(EAA/NEAA)were 38% and 61%,respectively,the results were in line with the provisions of Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations/World Health Organization(FAO/WHO),and the amino acid composition was balance. 4)The Idesia polycarpa meal was rich in linoleic acid(61.62%),oleic acid(7.11%),palmitic acid(20.60%),palmitoleic acid(6.20%)and stearic acid(1.51%),the unsaturated fatty acid content(76.53%)was high,and the saturated fatty acid content(23.45%)was low. 5)The gross energy,digestive energy,metabolic energy,maintenance net energy,milk
