摘要
建立了一种新的纤维蛋白原比浊法,标本与巴西洞蝮蛇毒作用形成纤维蛋白,在波长340nm处测其浊度。探讨了该法最适反应条件并进行了方法学的评价。批内变异系数2.97%;批间变异系数5.17%。线性范围0.25~10g/L与双缩脲法比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),相关性良好γ=0.98,本法特异性强、准确性高、精密度好,在应用上有着广阔的前景。
We have developed a photometric assay for fibrinogen concentration.The sample is mixed with Batroxobin and fibrin formation is recorded turbidimetrically at 340nm.we studied optimum condition of the reaction and evaluated.The methodologic performance respectively.The coefficient of variation of with-run was 2.97%,between-run CV was 5.17%.The result estimated by our method correlated closely with those obtained by Biuret method and the correlation coefficients was γ=0.98.The method is sensitive and of excellent precision.It has been successfully applied to clinical studies.
