摘要
用ＡＰＡＡＰ桥联酶标法检测５２例海洛因依赖者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群．结果显示：海洛因依赖者ＣＤ３，ＣＤ４水平明显低于正常对照（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）；ＣＤ８水平明显高于正常对照（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ），表明海洛因依赖者细胞免疫功能是受损的，同时还发现海洛因依赖者并肝损伤者ＣＤ８增高较无肝损伤者明显（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＣＤ３，ＣＤ４降低较无肝损伤者明显但无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），可能与例数太少有关．
The cellular immume function level in 52 herion addicts with APPAT was determined.The results showed the cellular immune function suffered notable damage in heroin addicts :compared with controls, CD3,CD4, CD4/CD8evidently decreased in heroin addicts(P< 0.0l),CD8 obviously increased(P< 0.0l).Simultaneously in herion addicts withhepatism,CD8 is higher than that of non-hepatism(P< 0.05).CD3,CD4 is lower thanthat of non-hepatism but the seatistical difference is not significant.
