摘要
本研究对30名成人骨性AngleⅢ类错合患者咀嚼运动和正中 位大力咬合的肌电活动进行测量,并与正常 成人比较发现:成人骨性AngleⅢ类错 正中 位大力咬合时嚼肌、颞肌前后束肌电活动均较正常成人低,肌力较小。咀嚼运动时.成人骨性AngleⅢ类错 嚼肌、颞肌肌电活动均较正常成人低,咀嚼循环活动期较正常成人长.间歇期较正常成人短。
Abstract In this research, we investigated the changes inactivity of the temporal muscles and massetermuscles in ClassⅢ patients and normal persons.The results showed that:in the intercupal positionmaximum force was generated between the teeth,masseter muscles, and both the anterior andposterior fibers of temporal muscles showed muchlower activity in ClassⅢ patients. During thechewing cycle movements, massier muscles andtemporal muscles exhibited lower activity in ClassⅢ patients,and the duration of chewing movementswas longer,while the interval was shorter in ClassⅢ malocclusion.
