摘要
对牛蛙外周血液细胞进行了分离，结果表明相对密度1．060～1．065的Percoll分离液能有效分离出淋巴细胞，其分离率可达（94．50±1．87）％。
Bullfrogs blood cells were separated.The results showed that the Percoll sepa- ration liquid with relative density 1.060～1.065 can separate lymphocytes from peripher- al blood effectively and the rate of separation may be(94.50±1.87)%.
