摘要
随着我国加入WTO和经济全球化趋势日益明显,企业管理从经验管理、科学管理上升到文化管理。企业必须从人本管理文化、和谐文化、执行文化三方面来培育良好的企业文化,以提升企业的核心竞争力。
Since our country has entered the WTO and the globalization of economy has become more and more distinct day by day, business administration has been raised from experience management and scientific management to culture management. To improve the key competitiveness, the enterprise must cultivate its enterprise culture in three aspects, human-centered management culture, harmonious culture and executive culture.
