摘要
随着办学规模的迅速扩大和学分教学管理、走班制的施行,在教学运行管理、师资队伍建设等方面存在的问题日益突出。研究讨论相应的对策和思路,提出相应的措施,深化教学改革,提高教学质量,意义重大。
with the rapid expansion of school running scale and the implementation of credit hours in teaching management and ambulatory classrooms, the problems existing in the management of teaching operations and the making of teachers＇ qualifications are increasingly extrusive, thus it is necessary to research into and discuss the corresponding countermeasures and thoughts and to put forward corresponding measurements for deepening teaching reform and improving teaching quality.
