摘要
X20CrMoV121是按德国DIN17175标准生产的耐热钢,其最高使用温度为650℃,在进口火电高温高压机组中应用较多。由于其合金含量较多,焊接性能很差。电站建设中,一般都将其作为焊接工程的难点和重点。本文介绍了X20CrMoV121在四川某电站工程中的具体应用,并对其焊接性能进行了分折,详细介绍了所采取的焊接及热处理工艺措施。
X20CrMoV121 is the heat-resistant steel produced in accordance with DIN 171751，the Germany industry standard，It＇s maximum available temperature is 650℃ and it is applied broadly in the high-temper，high-pressure imported unity，As high alloy content and poor welding property，In power station building, it is regarded as an important and difficult issue，In this article，it gives the application of X20CrMoV121 steel in a certain power station engineering in Sichuan province,and also analyses its welding property，introduces in detail the welding and heat treatment technology。
