家兔同种异体动脉移植后内皮细胞性染色质动态变化

摘要 运用改良Ha(?)tchen标本性染色质(Barr小体)检测法,观察雌雄配对同种异体经冷冻处理后的动脉移植段血管内皮细胞的形态变化及修复过程.结果表明,修复后新生的内皮细胞来源于受体;两步冷冻(-60℃和-196℃)法处理异体动脉移植段,其内皮完整,抗原性减弱,移植排斥反尖减缓;内皮脱落速度变慢,修复加快,术后12周通畅率达87.5%;改良的Ha(?)tchen标本Barr小体检测法具有操作简便,经济实用,结果具有重复性好等优点. By means of improved sex chromatin (Barr Body) measurement arterial endothelial cell changes were observed following the frozen female artery transplantation into male rabbits. The results showed that newly - formed endothelial cells were derived from the host and not from the graft, and that the two-step freezing procdeure (-60℃and - 196℃) for allografts arteries could maintin a more intact enothelium and weaken antigenicity with a decreased rejection by host, so that the endothelial repairment quickened and the patency rate reached 87.5% at 12 weeks. Our results suggest that the improved Barr Boby measurement is simple and easy in operation, with excellent repetition of the results for study of endothelial kinetics and repairment of vascular allotransplantation.
