摘要
采用同种异体动脉经处理后将其作为一种血管移植材料应用于临床,其中用于肢体主干血管动脉瘤切除后桥接3例,血液透析动静脉内瘦的桥接5例。术后全部病例均无明显排斥反应,血管通畅,时间最长者已达24个月。与其他血管移植材料相比,它具有来源丰富,制备简便,价格便宜,组织相容性好,血管功能稳定等优点。
AbstractThe processed allogenous artery had been usedfor bridging the defects of main arterial trunkdefects of extremities after resection of aneur-ysm in 3 patients and for making arteriovenousshunt for hemodialysis in 5 patients. All thepatients had no sign of rejection and the graf-ted vessels were patent and functioning well. The longest observation time was 25 months. In comparison with other methods of vasculargraft or prosthesis, the processed allograft ofartery has the advantages of ample sources ofdonor vessels,simplicity of processing.loweconomical cost, good histocompatibility andfavourable function.
