摘要
由于飞机的结构及其制造工艺复杂,制造过程中的工艺性问题和人机问题时有发生。采用数字人和计算机仿真技术,模拟飞机制造中工人的作业姿势,为在生产准备阶段提前发现这些问题提供直观的分析和判断依据,也为进一步定量评估飞机制造中工人的劳动生产率提供基础。在详细分析人体自然解剖结构的基础上,提出和建立适用姿态模拟和分析的人体参数化模型,定义姿态元新概念,并用这一概念建立人体姿态的表示模型;然后,利用面向对象的软件设计思想和开发工具,实现所建立的数字人模型,并应用开发的结果模拟飞机装配制造中常见的工人作业姿势。
Ergonomic injures and technical problems often happen because of the complicated configuration and manufacture process of aircraft. In this paper.the author adopts digital human model and computer simulation technology to simulate the posture of workers during aircraft manufacturing. In this way ,the problems during the assemble process could be found in the early stage ,and the basal data for the further research could be offered. The content of the paper is as follows:First,it proposes and establishes human parametric model on the base of the natural human anatomic structure,introducing new concepts like posture basement to set up human posture model. Second ,it realizes digital human model using object oriented software development tools and simulates familiar working postures of worker in aircraft manufacture and assembly by the model. Last, it concludes the characteristics of digital human model and application result.
