四组复方中药对模拟失重大鼠血液流变性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察中药在对抗失重或模拟失重导致的血液循环状态紊乱中的作用。方法:采用大鼠头低位30°尾吊模型模拟失重对机体的影响,用四组(丹黄刺组、参川熟组、参山杜组、参银生组)复方中药对抗模拟失重大鼠血液流变学变化。结果:单纯尾吊导致大鼠体重明显降低(P<0.01),中、低切血粘度、纤维蛋白原含量、异形红细胞比例明显增高(P<0.01);红细胞最大变形指数、积分变形指数和血细胞压积明显降低(P<0.01)。中药组与单纯尾吊组相比,各指标均有不同程度地改善。结论:复方中药可有效改善尾吊导致的大鼠血液流变学异常。 Objective: To investigate the role of Chinese herb medicine on improving the blood circulation under simulated weightlessness. Method: Head down tilts -30°(HDT)rnodel was used to simulate the effect of weightlessness on rats, and four groups of Chinese herb decoctions were used to counter hemorheological changes due to simulated weightlessness. Results: After 30 days-HDT, the body weight of rats decreased distinctly( P 〈 0.01 ), the blood viscosity in low and middle shear, plasma fibrinogen and the rate of erythrocytes with abnormal shape increased significantly(P〈 0.01 ),and erythrocyte deformability(DImax, IDI ) and hernatocrit(HCT) decreased remarkly( P 〈 0.01 ). Chinese herb medicine were able to meliorate the hemorheological changes caused by simulated weightlessness. Conclusion: It is suggested that Chinese herb medicine are effective to improve hemorheological abnorrnity under simulated weightlessness.
