摘要
目的探讨视网膜电图(ERG)对预测白内障术后视力的意义.方法对148例(176眼)白内障术前行ERG检查,以暗适应白光b波振幅和30 Hz内烁光振幅为主要观察指标,比较术后不同视力组与对照组之间振幅的差异.根据术后不同视力分A,B,C 3组,各组视力依次为0.1～0.2,0.3～0.5和大于0.5.结果C组患者术前ERG-b波及30 Hz振幅接近正常对照组,B组和A组的振幅均有不同程度的降低,与正常对照组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论术前暗适应白光ERG-b波振幅和ERG-30 Hz的振幅与白内障术后视力密切相关,其中30 Hz振幅更有意义.
Objective To evaluate the significance of ERG before cataract surgery. Methods Scotopic and 30 Hz ERG were recorded in 148 patients（168 eyes） with cataract before surgery. The patients were divided into 3 groups according to post-operative visual acuity （VA） ：VA in group A was 0.1-0.2,in group B was 0.3-0.5,and in group C was over 0.5 .The amplitudes in different groups were compared with normal control group. Results The amplitude of ERGs in group C was nearly to the control group,but amplitude in group A and B was decreased markedly. Conclusion The correlation between amplitude of ERG-30 Hz and scotopic ERG with the post-operative VA was significantly. ERG may be used to prognosticate the post-operative VA of patients with cataract. ERG-30Hz was sensitve more than scotnpic ERG.
