摘要
本文提出了大蒜除臭的新方法──延胡酸法,进行了浸渍大蒜的反丁烯二酸盐稀溶液浓度,无臭蒜片的烘干温度及时间等条件实验,同时还研究了制作美味蒜片的方法。
This paper has put forward the new method of eispelling bad smell of garlic.the method of fumaric acid ,have eanaged in condition experiments that are the thin solution con centration of trans-butcne diacid salt of retting garlic,and the temperature and the time of toasting sliced garlic which has no bad smell,etc.meantime have also researched the method of making delicious sliced garlic.
