摘要
报告15例枕大孔区肿瘤，本前明确诊断者仅3例。指出：临床上一旦出现脑干和颈髓体征、小脑和颈髓体征或有根性刺激痛者应首选作MRI检查。
In this paper a report is made of 15 cases of tumours at the foramen magnum,of which a definite diagnosis had been made only in 3 before surgical operation.It is to be noted that once the symptoms and signs of medualla.the cerebellum and cervical medualla of pains brought about by irritation of nerve roots MRI should be, performed in the first place. in the case of a benign tumour,all attempts should be made to exstirpate it totally,while in mahgnant cnes hope of resecuon should not be given up.In the paper,stress is put on some precautionsto be taken during treatment.referring to the relevant literature,a brief discussion is also made.
